Absence and Rilya Wilson Reporting Form and Requirements: Effective December 1, 2021, the procedure for reporting Absences and Rilya Wilson Reporting will help with tracking consecutive unexcused absences of School Readiness funded children, absences of children covered under the Rilya Wilson act and children absent for 5/10 consecutive days of their regularly scheduled attendance in a month with no contact from the parent.
